 Urgent- Bird losing health |

I got passage Shikra about 3 weeks back. From 3 days he started to show signs of illness. Today i tried to feed him, but he is not at all interested in his meal and is feeling very low.
Symptoms: flu, raising his leg, gets tired with little flight, closing his eyes, and i think in the stool there was piece of meat with blood :S.
I need help. Anyone?
